The menu at Bin 228 is simple but elegant -- Italian cheeses, sandwiches, perhaps a risotto, and wonderful light salads. But the best part of a good hour or two spent at Bin 228 is the wine list, entirely dedicated to the wines of Italy. All the classics are there -- Chianti, Amarone, and pinot grigio.
